Signing Up

There are three ways to create a Memento user account:

• An e-mail address and password combination
• Facebook sign-up
• Apple ID.

Each sign-up method will create a unique account, so please, always remember to use that same method when logging in. If you used an email to sign up, log in with your e-mail address. If you used Facebook to sign up, log in using the Login with Facebook button and the same for the Apple ID.

E-mail Sign Up

1. Enter your email address.
2. Choose a password that is at least eight characters long.
3. Confirm your password.
4. Provide a display name for your account.
5. Click the sign-up button (Any validation errors will be shown on-screen).
6. Check your email inbox for a confirmation email from Memento.
7. Open the email and click the verification link to verify your email address.
8. Once verified, you can close the confirmation page, and your account is now successfully created.

Memento App:

1. Open the Memento app on your iOS device and navigate to the Dashboard.
2. Tap on the Account button located at the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select the Sign-Up button to begin creating your account.
4. Enter your email address, choose a password, and provide a display name.
5. Tap the Sign-Up button to complete the process.

Congratulations! You've successfully created a new Memento user account either through email or the Memento app.
