Adding A Logo

You have the option to add a logo (or have no logo) on your video. When you add your company or organization logo to the Group Video, it will appear in the lower right corner of the video, as shown here: 

Quick How-To:

Logo customization options are one of the steps in the process of Creating Your Group Video:

1. From your Dashboard, select Create my Group Video.
2. Follow the prompts until you reach the Customize Logo options.
3. Show Logo: No, if you do not want any logo; Show Logo: Yes, if you would like a logo.
4. To add your logo, toggle Logo Type to Custom.
5. Upload your logo image and press next

Step by Step:

1. Press the Create Your Group Video button:

2. Following the prompts, choose your intro appearance, greeting, and outro. You will then reach the Logo options:

• Show Logo: No, if you do not want any logo to appear on your final Group Video. Otherwise, toggle to Show Logo: Yes.
• Logo Type: Memento will place the Memento logo in the bottom right corner of the video. If you would like to upload your logo, toggle this switch to Logo Type: Custom

3. Once you've selected Custom, you'll be prompted to upload your logo image. When an image file has been selected, it will show you a preview. When your Group Video is complete, the customized logo will appear in the lower right corner of all video clips.

Logo Specs:

To upload a custom logo, note we only support PNG and JPEG image formats. SVG files cannot be accepted. Please ensure that your file size does not exceed 10MB.
