Changing Your Password
You can reset your password if you have forgotten it or simply wish to change it for security reasons reset it. The Memento system won’t recognize account emails or passwords with any uppercase letters; please ensure all characters are lowercase.
Password reset does not apply to Facebook/Apple-authenticated accounts (as they have no user-created password). To change your password, enter the e-mail address associated with your account and click Reset Password. Memento will immediately send you an e-mail with a verification code. If you do not see the email, please check your junk/spam folders in case the email was misfiled.
On the Password Reset form, enter a new password, enter it again for confirmation, enter your confirmation code, and finally click Reset Password again, and your password will be updated. You should now be able to use your new password to log in.
