Why Are Some Videos Showing Up Blank (00:00)?

In some instances, on your dashboard, some of your videos may appear as if they are empty or blank in the Video Clips section. Or, like in the image below, they may in some cases have a preview image but are still unplayable.

First, do not worry; in almost all cases the video is absolutely fine and exists on our servers. The most likely cause is that your device (often an iPhone with a non-recent iOS version) cannot play the video due to a missing codec. While we are working on preventing this, we recommend you try viewing the video on a different device, like your computer.
