Logging In
You can access your existing Memento account by visiting the Login page and log in.
To access an account, you must log in using the same method that you used to Sign Up for the account:
- If you used e-mail to sign up, log in with your e-mail address and password
- If you used Facebook to sign up, log in using the Login with Facebook button
Please Note: The Memento system won’t recognize account emails with any uppercase letters; please ensure all characters are lowercase.
If you cannot remember your password or wish to change it, click the Forgot Your Password link.
Warning: If your account was created with e-mail sign-up and you use the Login with Facebook button, this will create a new, empty account without access to any Group Videos you may have created on the other account. Accounts cannot be merged. If this happens, please log out again and log back in with your e-mail and password combination.
Also - When logging in with Facebook, you must be signed in to the same Facebook account that you were logged into at the time of sign-up. If you signed up with Facebook and then Login with Facebook and did not see your Group Videos; make sure you are signed in to the proper Facebook account on that device.
