Track Contributors

You can track who has viewed the Record & Upload Page and who has submitted a video if you send out your invitations through Memento. You can also resend the invitation to anyone on the list as a reminder, or edit their information if you need to make a change.

How to Track and Manage Contributors:

1. Select the Track option from your Dashboard to see a full list of those you invited to contribute. 

2. You'll be able to see who has viewed your Record & Upload Page and who has submitted videos, using the columns on the right side of the list. The grey checkmark will turn green, once a Contributor has either clicked through to view the Record & Upload Page or submitted a video.

3. Click on the three-dot menu under Manage, to Edit Details (such as correct someone's name), to Resend Invite, if you'd like to remind someone who has not yet submitted that the deadline is approaching, or Delete someone from the list. 

Note: Once you've sent an invitation, you can no longer change the delivery method of the invite (such as replacing an email address with a phone number, or even correcting an incorrect email address or phone number). If you'd like to change a Contributor's contact information. Please delete the incorrect entry from your Contributors list, and then return to your Dashboard and select "Invite Contributors" again to add them back to the list with the new contact method.

Memento App:

1. To Track Contributors on the Memento iOS app, first select your video from your Dashboard and scroll down to select the Track option:
