Sharing Video Clips to the Record & Upload Page

One effective way to encourage participation in your special occasion is by sharing individual video messages, both from yourself and others, on the Record & Upload Page. This not only motivates hesitant participants but also serves as a helpful example of what constitutes a good video message.

By default, all videos submitted to your Group Video remain private, visible only to the Group Video Organizer. This ensures that every aspect of the video remains a surprise until the final reveal.

To share specific individual videos on the Record & Upload Page, navigate to the Clips section of your Dashboard. Locate the desired video(s) and click on the three dots, then click on Show Video on Upload Page on the menu that appears to enable sharing for that video. There will be a check in the circle next to it to indicate whether the video clip will appear on the Record & Upload page.

Once you've completed this step, visit your Record & Upload Page (refresh if necessary) to see the selected videos now accessible for viewing. You have the flexibility to share as many videos as you like!
